Information we collect

When you contact us through this website we collect the name, company, email address, phone number and message you provide. Our hosting and form infrastructure may also log technical data such as IP address and browser type for security and diagnostics.

How we use it

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (for example, our contact-form provider) and only as needed.

AI assistant

The "Ask AI" assistant on this website is automated software, not a person. Messages you type into it are sent to our AI provider (OpenAI or Microsoft Azure OpenAI Service) to generate a reply. Please do not enter sensitive personal data. We keep a record of each message and reply for 30 days, with email addresses and phone numbers masked and without your IP address, to review quality and investigate misuse, and then delete it. Its answers are general information, not a quotation, offer or contractual commitment; for anything binding, contact us directly.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Nothing is stored on your device, and there is nothing to consent to.

Retention

We keep enquiry data for as long as necessary to serve you and to comply with our legal obligations, after which it is deleted.

Your rights

You may request access to, or correction of, the personal data we hold about you, or ask us to stop processing it, by emailing enquiry@mightresources.com.
