Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune and Windows Server are where most of our work sits today, but the same team also designs and runs the virtualization, storage, backup, networking and security underneath. That is the point of using one provider: when something breaks, nobody gets to point at another supplier.

With permissions, not licences. Microsoft 365 Copilot answers using whatever the person asking can already reach, so in most tenants the first task is finding the SharePoint sites that were opened to the whole organisation years ago. We run a readiness assessment across your tenant, data estate and permissions model, remediate oversharing and apply sensitivity labels, and will tell you plainly if you are not ready yet.

Yes, and a good part of our work starts that way. We begin with an assessment of what is actually running, document what we find, and give you a prioritised list of what to fix first. You get the diagrams, the IP plan and the configuration backups either way, so you are never dependent on knowledge that lives in one person's head.

No. Engage us for a single project or hand over the whole environment — either way you deal with the same engineers. Plenty of clients start with one thing that hurts, then widen the scope once they have seen how we work.

Whichever fits what you are protecting. We deploy and support Veeam, Acronis and NAKIVO, and they are not interchangeable: Veeam is the safe choice for virtualized estates, Acronis suits mixed estates where physical servers, virtual machines and laptops all need covering the same way, and NAKIVO often makes the numbers work for smaller environments. Whichever platform, the design is the same — 3-2-1, an immutable or offline copy, alerting that reaches a person, and restores tested on a schedule rather than during an incident.

Unlikely. We have worked with enterprises and SMEs across Malaysia since 2013, and the scope scales from a single server migration to a multi-year infrastructure programme. The approach does not change with the size of the job — clear scope, documented delivery, proper handover.
