Resilient against ransomware

At least one copy is kept offline or immutable, so an attacker who reaches your network cannot delete your ability to recover. Failed jobs raise alerts instead of sitting unnoticed in a console nobody opens.

Three platforms, chosen to fit the estate

We deploy and support Veeam, Acronis and NAKIVO. They are not interchangeable, and the honest answer depends on what you are protecting rather than on which licence we would rather sell.

Veeam is the safe choice for virtualized estates of any size — image-based backup, instant recovery and the broadest ecosystem of supported applications and storage targets. Acronis pairs backup with anti-ransomware and recovery tooling in a single agent, which suits mixed estates where physical servers, virtual machines and laptops all need covering the same way. NAKIVO is lightweight and cost-effective, runs happily on a NAS, and often makes the numbers work for smaller environments that still want proper image-level backup and replication.

Whichever platform, the design is the same: 3-2-1, an immutable or offline copy, alerting that reaches a person, and restores tested on a schedule rather than during an incident.

Your cloud data is still your responsibility

Microsoft operates the service; the data in it remains yours to protect. Retention policies are not backup, and the recycle bin is not a recovery plan. We add proper backup for Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams so a deleted mailbox or an encrypted document set is still recoverable months later.
